Studio Policies

In an effort to keep the performing arts thriving in our community, we make tuition affordable for our families! Our season runs year round, and we accept dancers all season!

Registration fee of $30/year $50/family

​

Monthly tuition payments cover 4 classes per cycle/session.*

​

Mini & Me (Parent Participation)

30 min Mini & Me class- $66/tuition session

​

School Age Classes

1 class- $76/tuition session

2 classes-$110/ tuition session

3 classes- $152/ tuition session

4 classes- $186/ tuition session

5 classes- $221/ tuition session

Adult Classes

Jazz- $85/tuition session

Tap- $76/tuition session

Both- $126/tuition session

 

*Tuition is drafted on the 1st of each month 

Studio Policies

Tuition is due by the first of the month (August - May). After the 5th, a $10 late fee will be applied to your account. After the 10th, a $15 late fee will be added, and after the 15th, a $20 late fee will be added. Tuition is not based on the amount of classes given in a month. It covers 4 weeks of classes per cycle. A copy of our tuition calendar is available in the lobby and in your welcome packet. Tuition is non-refundable for any reason.

 

Absences: If a dancer is going to be absent from class, you must notify the front office by phone or email prior to the start of the scheduled class. If the front office is notified, you will receive a make-up credit to use in a same level or 1 below their current class level. Make-ups can used at any time during the season as space allows.

Make- up Classes: All dancers have the right to make up classes for any missed class so as long as the front desk has been notified prior the absence. Make - up lessons have no cash value and can not be exchanged for credit towards your tuition. We do not pro-rate for missed classes. You must be currently enrolled at Inspire Dance Arts to use your make-up credit. All make-up classes must be completed by the end of the current season. Make-up classes do not roll over to future seasons.

Discontinuing: You must notify Inspire Dance Arts of your intention to discontinue a class, by email, phone or in-person at our front desk. Your withdrawal will formally take place at the end of your current tuition cycle. We do not prorate or refund for any reason. We appreciate a 30 notice of intention to withdraw.

Drop Off/Pick Up Policy: Students are permitted to be dropped off and picket up at our studio, however we must have accurate and current parent contact information on file. Parents of preschoolers and kindergarten dancers should stay throughout the class. All students must be picked up immediately by the parent/guardian at the conclusion of their class. If you expect to be late, please call the front desk to inform us. Dancers may remain at the studio during any class breaks, but must stay in the lobby. Parents must remain in the lobby for the duration of class and should not enter the dance room except in cases of emergency. With the exception of our 'Mini & Me' classes. We do not allow dancers to leave the studio without a parent/guardian present. Your child will not be permitted to walk into the parking lot or the street to be picked up. You must walk up  to the studio to retrieve your dancer. All dancers under age 10 must be picked up inside the studio. This is for the safety of our dancers and our staff.​

Lobby/Siblings: Our lobby is open to all parents and siblings wishing to observe classes. However, anyone waiting in the lobby should respectfully keep the volume to a minimum. Conversation can be heard in the dance rooms from the lobby. Siblings should have a quiet activity. No loud devices, tablets, games, etc. Dancers shall not congregate in the front desk area. Please keep our lobby clean by picking up after yourself and your children.

Parking: At our Pleasant Grove location, families may park in ANY space except in front of a roll up doors (excluding studio doors 185 & 190). At our Baseline location, please park in the gravel only. Do not park on the lawns or dry grass areas as this poses a fire risk. Please refrain from parking in the driveway of the main house beside our studio. 

​

Performances: Fees for our Winter Revue and Summer Showcase are separate from tuition, and vary based on the number of classes your dancer is enrolled in. A packet detailing performance fees will be provided to you prior to commitment. Performances are optional, though highly encouraged. 

​
